You will choose between a Deluxe Apartments, our Lagoon Cabin or our newly constructed private rooms at Utila Water Sports in the Point area. Experience a home away from home in our exquisite deluxe apartments. This upscale retreat offers a perfect blend of luxury and convenience. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare gourmet meals, and the spacious BBQ area provides an ideal setting for outdoor gatherings and dining. Choose our Lagoon Cabin or private rooms for an exclusive retreat with added comfort and privacy. Enjoy a peaceful getaway with all the essential amenities, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a hot water shower, and a cozy atmosphere, all to yourself.

Important Booking Details & Policies
Subject to availability; Package inclusions are for seven (7) nights / six (6) days; Meal plan includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, (lunch and dinner arrival day through breakfast departure day) or breakfast only (from the Sunday to Saturday). Prices and taxes are subject to change.
Deposits & Payments:
A deposit of $200.00 USD per person is required within 7 days of booking, or the reservation will be canceled without further notice. The final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival, or the deposit will be forfeited. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require full payment within 7 days.
Holiday Travel Dates:
A deposit of $300.00 USD per person is required within 7 days of booking, for bookings that include Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year. Full payment is required 90 days prior to the travel date.
Individual Cancellation Policy:
* 60 days before arrival, no penalty
* 45 to 59 days before arrival - $200.00 USD per person penalty, $300.00 USD per person during holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year.
* 30 to 44 days before arrival - 25% penalty of the total cost of the reservation.
* 8 to 29 days before arrival - No refund provided; however, a future credit will be given to the same individual to be used within one year of the original travel date, less the $200.00 deposit per person ($300.00 during holidays). New rates will apply for future credit.
* 7 days or less before arrival date and no-shows: No refund or credit will be given.
* No refunds for flight cancellations, natural disasters, war, terrorism, etc.
* Unused services of the package are non-refundable and non-transferable (no name changes allowed).
* Changes made to the reservation after confirmation are subject to a $100.00 USD change fee per person.
